ORDER INFO AND POLICIES

First and foremost, we want to sincerely THANK YOU for the opportunity to interest you considering D. Drew Masonic Sales–Specializing in Custom Design Regalia and Rare Esoteric Reprints and Freemasonry Books.

*** Please note that ANY order place either online, by fax, or in person constitute agreement to these term and policies***  

 We accept most credit cards as well as PayPal.  You can process your purchases by PHONE, FAX, MAIL, or ONLINE.   There are several ways to place orders with D. Drew Masonic Sales.   

ORDER PLACEMENT:

• The main form of purchasing is to use our familiar Customer Purchase/Shipping Invoice.  You have the choice of filling out the form online and either send, download, or print.  Make sure to print clearly your name, address, city and state.  Be sure to include your ZIP CODE, PHONE NUMBER, or EMAIL.
• Find the items you want to purchase; state the quantity, item number, and price of the items being ordered. Include the colors, sizes, and emblems necessary to complete the order.  Total your order, including shipping and taxes, if applicable. 
• Print or type any special lettering or copy that must be added to the items you are ordering. Be sure to include your proper form of payment, correct postage and sales tax (Illinois only).

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

• Regular forms of Payments:  Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or PayPal.
• Customer Purchase/Shipping Invoice:  After downloading and filling out the form in its entirety, including payment information; please submit invoice by mail, fax, or email.

CUSTOM MERCHANDISE:

• Custom merchandise is any item that involves special engraving, embroidery, imprinting, lettering, sizes, color combination, or made to order.
• All custom merchandise orders generated through telecommunication must be follow-up in writing and accompanied by a 50 percent deposit with balance due upon completion.  
• Please note that custom orders take time to hew, cut, carve, stamp, stain, engrave, or embroider—just like it takes time to be a Mason and your patient with these types of orders is very much appreciated.

POSTAGE:

• A QUICK POSTAGE/HANDLING CHART FOR FULL PAYMENT ORDERS (United States orders only) is provided below and on the Customer Purchase/Shipping Invoice:
• Up to $25.00 = $9.95
• $25.01 to $75.00 = $14.95
• $75.01 to $100.00 = $19.95
• $101.00 to $150.00 = $25.95 (or actual postage, whichever is greater)
• Sale Tax: 10.25%

These rates apply only to shipments within the U.S. For shipments to the Bahamas and other foreign orders, please contact us for rates.  Sorry, NO COD’s.
